"New River Country Club is a beautiful, mountain course established for affordable, family recreation. It is a challenge for the lower handicapper, yet great fun for the average golfer or beginner. An added bonus is the gentle breeze, plus the temperature is normally 10-12 degrees lower than summer temperatures below the mountains.
