reasonable price & fairly open

course is fairly open--not a lot of water to contend with--some side-hill lies--greens always in good shape--after a couple days rain-the fairways can be a little high--overall $20.00 for eighteen with cart isn't bad--beware the seniors-they don't get in a hurry--can get caught up in slow play
