Renaissance started as a 30-acre property for a regional mall but ended up becoming a 500-acre community with a golf course designed by Arthur Hills.

After 16-18 years, Renaissance is undergoing a multi-million dollar improvement program to enhance its facilities and bring back its original charm.

The golf course is being renovated and expanded, including resizing the greens and adding a unique part three hole.

Red clay tennis courts, bocce ball courts, and pickleball activities are being added to enhance the community's social offerings.

The pool area is being upgraded with a pool bar, expanded seating, and a playground closer to the pool.

The dining area and outside tournament area are being expanded and updated, including the addition of a fire pit.

Jack's Place will provide accommodations for members, and the locker room areas are being updated. Bobby Clampett's Impact Zone Teaching Academy will also be established.
